Have you reached your highest potential?
Many of us walk through life, stunted by our limiting core beliefs, fears, overthinking; instead of focusing our energies on finding solutions and making our way out of the circumstances that we have born into.
Many of us are holding onto figments of our vivid imagination and mistaking it to be our reality.
We unconsciously grip tightly to a past that no longer exists and fervently procrastinate due to the fear of the fantasy of our future.
Put it simply, both ends of the spectrum of these thoughts, are what causes our depression or anxiety.
…But can we use our anxiety and depression to our advantage?
Can we learn from our past mistakes or past experiences and improve our present?
Can we consciously lock in on our present instead of worrying about a future?
If we learnt how to focus all our energy into a positive perspective on our view of life and its circumstances, maybe… just maybe… we might have a chance at changing our lives for the better??
Think of your mind like a garden: your negative thoughts are like weeds, your positive thoughts are like flowering plants or trees.
Weeds don’t take long to spread rampant, however, it takes a lot of our time, care and effort to grow a flowering plant or tree, especially in the initial stages.
We need to take responsibility and tend to our own ‘Garden of Eden’.
